Your first month is free. After that you renew monthly from Billing in your dashboard, paying with card or mobile money through Paystack.
You get reminders before and after the due date, then a 7-day grace period. If the subscription is still unpaid after 7 days the account is frozen until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference in the one-time fee. Once upgraded, there is no downgrade.
